“Excellent advice from Trudi Hawes. The booking procedure was very easy , the service was polite and courteous. The attatchment pdfs of the "Boating handbook" and " What to take on Board " are very helpful and I have sent a copy to my fellow crew members. Looking forward to the holidays now . Thanks Ken”

“All the information i needed to decide which boat to book.Different search criteria covering the options i needed. Only issue was that some of the boats had no grading and having booked a 3 star on one holiday, it is relevant if you are fussy about the age and condition of the boat you book. We tend to go for 4 or 5 star boats now - perhaps if the boat age was included in the information although appreciate this is not always an indication of condition.Otherwise once booked, emails arrived next day and confirmation telephone call conducted expeditiously.”

“I sent an E-Mail to the company and someone contacted me the next day (which was a Sunday) and the holiday was booked and confirmed over the phone. I was given lots of information about the holiday and how to find the premises. I thought all in all that it was an excellent service.”
