“I phoned Waterways with some enquiries which they answered fully plus more. Phoned back later and spoke to a different person and booked holiday. Staff couldn't have been helpful. If the holiday goes as well as the booking we are in for a good time”

“Efficient service and very friendly. Website could do with an update though. More specific search categories, filters etc. Only way to sort is by location, when really I'm mostly looking at cost, which you can't sort by! However, overall am very happy with Waterways Holidays and always use them these days. I've been canal boating for over 40 years and am only 50 so know what I'm talking about.”

Thanks for your great review Mr Chandler and we're so pleased to assist you again. Many thanks also for the feedback. We have recently been working hard on our mobile friendly site & creating brand new updated boat pages including many more images and rolling slide shows. We have also just added a 'WiFi', 'Fuel inclusive' & 'All Inclusive' search filters but will continue to add new filters and sort functions as soon as possible - many thanks again for your feedback which is really appreciated.
