“The young lady we spoke to a few minutes after making the booking us was extremely pleasant and helpful and recognised our names right away,which does not happen very often she was spot on and very efficient.Excellent service. Many thanks. Julie McCann”

“Really smooth and easy booking even though it was over Christmas. The people we spoke to were lovely and friendly. Followed by a speedy, informative email from the boatyard. Really pleased with the booking experience, it augers well for the holiday.”

“Great one to one service when contacted to confirm and finalize the booking. Would initially have preferred just to book and pay on-line when we had decided on the boat and date we wanted but this option was not offered. That said the callback and service given when taking the booking was a really exceptional and informative making it a good experience I was very pleased with the lady who rang an took and confirmed details. I was, and still am very loath to give my card details over the phone This is something you will have to review, as it is in these days very unusual to give card number and security three digit number over the phone. I was surprised this was not available on a secure website. overall outstanding service from your phone lady.”

“I sent my interest by email on Saturday night and received a response Sunday morning. I spoke to a very friendly representative on the Sunday and all was booked and sorted out on the day. Excellent.”

“I was very pleased when Lesley Richards came on the phone, she had one of the clearest voices I've heard for years, and very precise with the booking details, im getting on a bit and slightly deaf but she was so clear. “Booking a Waterways Boating Holiday was simple and straight forward even though I was booking from Australia. I had a number of questions which Trudi promptly and efficiently answered. Not knowing the Norfolk area, I also had a couple of other questions, like getting to and from the boatyard if you didn't have a car, on which Trudi offered very helpful advice. All my communications were conducted by email and my questions were answered in a very friendly and helpful manner. Well done Waterways Holidays.”
