“The website is a bit outdated. The information about the boat basis could be better. No maps available on the website, it is difficult to figure out where exactly all the attractions are in relation to the boat basis.”

“Found the boat we wanted, booked on line, phoned up, paid deposit. Clear information about the amount payable was given so you understand exactly what is being charged. Quick, easy, and efficient. What more could you ask for.”

“The internet site was easy to find and easy to use. The service provided was as promised with the finalisation of the booking also being easy to do. Staff were very courteous to deal with. If the holiday is as good as the booking service was then we are in for a treat. Roll on next August and thank you to everyone concerned.”

“Dealt with 'Lesley' (surname unknown). Excellent knowledge of cruising on the broads and spent time recommending cruising areas and places to eat etc. As an experienced boater (not on the broads but French canals with own boat) I felt confident that the person I was speaking to had experience of and enthusiasm for the product. I only hope that the boating experience lives up to the excellent start!”

“I've never been on Canals before and I've Spoken to Waterways Holidays through the Live Chat service that they've got on their website. Trudi was very helpful in suggesting routes which can be easily done by a group of first timers. The booking process was very easy. And again, when they phoned to confirm the booking they confirmed all the request and were open to answer any questions! Would definitely recommend!”

“Simple really, you listened to what we were looking for, made three appropriate proposals and we chose one of those. All done in a few days - perfect. Having done several canal holidays It makes the process very easy for both of us. However I did have to spend quite a bit of time to our Australian friends explaining what is involved. If you want to improve your presence on the web and separate yourselves from the competition you need a few well scripted short videos on your website that visually explains the canal experience and the diversity of places you can visit. Maybe I will make one for you during our trip! Loved the enthusiastic lady who dealt with us over the phone. Thank you”

“Waterways Holidays has an extensively wide varity of offers. The description of the boats are clear and informativ. So it is no problem to find the the right boat. The booking procedere is short and fast.”

“I got a very quick and nice respond on my request. I filled in the form and again I got a quick response. The possibility to send the security code separate gives trust. Everything was arranged very quickly and to my satisfaction.”

“I reserved online and Lesley Richards, a member of the booking team quickly rang me to finalise it. She talked me through all the information and terms / conditions to ensure I was fully informed and finalised the booking, explaining payment details clearly. An email confirmation was then recievd aknowledging my deposit and detailing the balance details within an hour of confirmation. Very efficient and clear, and I felt she was very knowledgeable and efficient herself.”
